Andy Stoker officiates many weddings each year. As an ordained United Methodist pastor and a Certified Family Life Educator, Andy wants the best first steps in your married-life. He is available for wedding services, premarital counseling and referral to Premarital Education.
Here is some information about Andy’s counseling schedule:
For those getting married
In conjunction with Premarital Education, each couple is required to participate in premarital counseling for three sessions. The sessions are outlined as follows: 1) an introductory session, 2) best practices in communicating life goals, intimacy and finances, and 3) the details of the wedding service.
Without Premarital Education (not recommended), each couple is required to participate in premarital counseling for five sessions. The sessions are outlined as follows: 1) an introductory session, 2) best practices in communicating life goals, intimacy and finances, 3) detailed conversations concerning our families of origin, 4) focused counseling with individual partners in conflict resolution and reconciliation, and 5) the details of the wedding service.
For those renewing their wedding vows

Here is Andy’s honoraria philosophy (the money stuff):
No matter the type of service, the honorarium is always a topic of discussion. Generally, a fair honorarium for any pastor is $150 to $300. The honorarium should not be a stumbling block for Andy’s services in your wedding planning and marriage preparation.
